Video Call service rules and regulations

1. Sequence of steps to arrange a video call:

• you send us your photos and profile information together with ID numbers of ladies you want to speak on video;
• we confirm if the lady is interested;
• you prepay the service;
• you indicate different dates and time frames convenient for you to arrange a video call;
• we arrange time and date with the lady.

2. Service available upon prior agreement of date and time with the lady of your choice.

3. Service available according to Kiev time.

4. Video calls are performed using skype. Add our skype contact ( odesa_135) in advance.

5. Exchange private contacts during the video call is not possible.

6. Video calls take place in our local office and translated by our professional translator.

7. If the lady comes on a video call at atrranged time and you are not online, waiting time is 15 minutes. After that time video call is considered to be cancelled by you. In such case we keep the payment.

8. If the lady is late, waiting time is 20 minutes or more (we contact the lady to make sure she comes or not). If the video call is cancelled by the lady, we arrange another video call with another lady at any mutually convenient time.

9. Video call may be stopped if a man reveals indecent or rude behaviour.
